SUPREME EXPORT SERVICES:

Export Documentation

At Supreme Freight our expert team is on hand to provide detailed advice in respect of the shipping documentation that is required for exporting your goods.

We know that there are many complex considerations to take care of when you are arranging exports, so we are pleased to be able to remove this headache.

We will liaise with the appropriate organisations (such as the local Chamber of Commerce, for example) to ensure the right documentation is in place and that it is produced correctly so that your shipment arrives on time.

This could include:

  • House bills of lading (sea freight)
  • House airway bills (air freight)
  • Certificates of origin
  • ATR & EUR1 Certificates

Because of the time it takes for cargo to be shipped internationally, when importing or exporting goods it is often necessary to obtain a letter of credit.

This is an agreement between you, your bank and the supplier or receiver of goods to guarantee that payment will be made when the goods are received.

Our specialist team has extensive experience in arranging letters of credit, offering each party involved peace of mind that the transaction will be completed without a hitch.
